It is quick and easy to put on with Velcro strips and it is fully adjustable in the stomach and throat regions. The light-up feature and the reflective properties ensure visibility in the dark and make a large contribution to the safety of people and animals. Batteries are included, will produce approx 100 hours of flashing light.
