1. Introduction:
1.1. pettastic.uk is run and managed by PetTastic. All references in these terms and conditions relate to PetTastic.
1.2. The parties to the contract are PetTastic (which is the trading name for the service provider) referred to as “PetTastic”, “we”,”us” and “our” and the Buyer referred to as “the buyer” or “you” and identified on the order form. The “Agreement” reached between PetTastic and “the buyer” represents a legally binding Agreement.
1.3. By using this site you agree that you accept our full terms and conditions, as detailed below.
2: POSTAGE & PACKAGING:
We value your custom, however small your purchase may be.
2.1 The buyer is to select the correct postal cost at checkout, based on the zone in which their postal address fulls into and the type of service they require. If the incorrect postage option is selected then items will be either dispatched at a slower postage service or your order maybe cancelled at our discretion. Postage rates within the UK (UK Postal codes only) at the time of publishing this Website are; see our delivery page

*NOTE! Some areas of the UK, those postal codes that full into zone 2 & 3 (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and islands addresses may take longer (guaranteed shipping 2-4 working days, gold shipping 1-3 working days).
2.2 Shipping rates for overseas: We only send to UK Addresses, Northern Ireland & occasionally Republic of Ireland.
3: HANDLING & DELIVERY
We aim to provide a fast and friendly service.
3.1 If you have any special delivery instructions, please contact us by email before placing your order, as any special instructions will need to be agreed between us & you.
3.2 from 1st September 2022 Items sold on the Website are all clearance items and have been reduced to clear, these items cannot be returned for a refund. Please make sure item is suitable before purchasing.
3.3 For all items marked 'In stock', we aim to dispatch these the next working day.
If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled, either due to items unsuspectingly out of stock or problems that are out of our control, we will notify you as soon as possible with the expected delivery date. All orders are processed & dispatched Mon - Fri only.
3.4 Standard delivery Service, orders will generally be sent by Royal mail, either Standard or Recorded Delivery. Larger items will usually be sent by Parcel Post or by Courier. Delivery times are usually 1–3 working days depending on chosen service.
We regard a working day as Mon-Fri, Therefore Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the times specified, but we are not liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
3.5 You are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting your order - incorrect information may lead to your order being cancelled. You will also be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred if an order is to be reshipped due to an error on your part in submitting shipping details.
3.6 It is the buyer’s responsibility for receiving an order and making any arrangements where necessary to sign for and take possession of this order – if you choose to have your order left on your property this is at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for orders left at your property at your request.
3.7 We may choose to reclaim full shipping costs, not just the standard postage and packing price, if an entire order is returned. You can ask for the items to be reshipped but another shipping charge will become payable.
3.8 If an order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us by email with your order Ref number.
4 Returns Policy
We are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service.
4.1 Your right to cancel
As of 1st September 2022 all items listed as in stock on this website are clearance items and are non returnable due to already been heavily discounted (see policy 3.2). NO LONGER VALID- In the event that you wish to return an item purchased from us, please complete the online returns form within 14 days of receipt of your order (the form can be found in the 'contact us' page). Upon receiving your completed returns form, we will then issue instructions for the Buyer to return the item(s). Items must be returned unused and complete within its original packaging with all tags to enable resale. If items have been tried on your pet, it is your responsibility to remove all hairs before returning. If we have to spend time removing hairs from a returned product we will deduct £5.00 from your refund due.
The Buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the items(s)
Upon receipt of the returned item(s) We will refund the product cost of the item excluding our packaging & postage costs.
We reserve the right to retain either full or a portion of the refund cost if the product is deemed non saleable or we have to remove hairs from the product to make it saleable.
Exception to the right to cancel:
The right to cancel will not apply when a product purchased from us has been especially ordered by us from another supplier for the Buyer on the Buyer’s instructions (special order) or where an item has been especially made up to the Buyer’s specification. We cannot accept returns where food or perishable items have been purchased. Items marked 'Clearance' are non returnable as these have been heavy reduced to clear.
4.2 In the event that any item purchased from us fails to match our description of it on our Website we will be happy to offer you a refund in full including P&P. Please complete the online returns form within 14 days of receipt of your order (the form can be found in our 'contact us page' ), we will then issue instructions for the Buyer to return the item to us.
4.3 In the event that any item purchased from us has been found faulty or damaged in transit because of inadequate packaging by us please make contact with us within 48 hours of receipt of the item, giving us the full details of the damage supported where possible by photographs. We will either ask you to return the product to us or we may arrange a courier to pick the item up. We will then give consideration to providing a full or partial replacement of the item.
4.4 In the event that any item purchased from us has been damaged in transit because of inadequate handling by the Deliverer please make contact with us within 48 hours of receipt of the item, giving us the full details supported where possible by photographs. We will then contact the Deliverer on your behalf. In these circumstances we regret that we cannot offer a refund initially.
4.5 To arrange to return a product, as mentioned in Clause 4.1 & 4.2 .please complete the online returns form, we cannot accept returns without first receiving a completed returns form. Upon receiving your form we will email you with the return instructions. For further information about our returns or refunds please contact us via E-mail
4.6 The Buyer will be responsible for the cost and the safe return of any item mentioned in Clause 4.1 & 4.2 above. All items returned must be received by us within 14 days of the date of their original delivery to the Buyer and must be returned unused and complete within its original packaging to enable resale (all hairs removed).
4.7 Please quote the order number you have been given by pettastic in all correspondence. Refunds can take up to two weeks to be processed, from when an item has been received by us.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
5. PRIVACY POLICY:
5.1 We will at all times observe the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. Any personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy. We will not sell or transfer any of your personal information; the information that we hold will be for our own use or any of our other associated companies.
The type of information we may collect from you will include:-
Your name and address; your telephone number; your email address.
If requested you may receive email newsletters from PetTastic or our other associated companies; you have the right to unsubscribe to these newsletters at any time.

7. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
7.1 We accept debit/credit card payment securely online and PayPal account payments online.
7.2 We accept payment by cheque.
8. GENERAL
Every effort is made to ensure that the information that is contained within the website pettastic.uk is correct and up to date. However errors do occur from time to time, these errors may range from pricing, product images and contents. We will endeavour to put any errors right as soon as possible. You may also find that our product range and prices may change from time to time. We can not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to these errors or changes.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
9.1 We shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including earthquake, fire, flood, hurricane, storm or other natural disaster), terrorist activity, strike by mailing authority, Shipping agent, and/or Deliverer, and cessation by any supplier to supply PetTastic with the goods it markets.
DOG PARK BOOKINGS
General dog park terms -
10.1 All booked sessions are non refundable. If you are unable to make a session we can postpone or move your session to another day but we must receive a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you inform us less than 48hours before your session then that session will be lost. Sessions can only be moved/ re-scheduled twice. Sessions cannot be transferred to another household. If you postpone a booking or bookings they must be taken within 90 days from the booking date.
10.2 4for3 offer - all sessions must be booked/taken within a 30 day period to qualify for the offer. Visitors/bookings must be from the same household to get the offer. Bookings are non transferable to another household. If you are unable to make a booking see our general terms above. sessions can only be moved just once and must remain within the 30 day period to qualify for the offer. Free sessions cannot be used on Banks Holidays, 24th, 25th, 26th December or 1st January.
10.3 4for3 offer bookings must be booked at the same time in the same transaction. So you must book either 3 seasons or 4 sessions online in the same transaction. If booking 3 sessions online you can text me when you would like the free sessions, if booking 4 sessions online you would use the discount code to trigger the discount (free sessions). If paying cash on the day, these can be booked singly and will qualify for the offer when you have booked 3.
10.4 Loyalty Points. NOT CURRENTLY OPERATIONAL - An account will need to be create for points to be awarded. Currently for every £1.00 you spend you'll get 1 point worth 13p. When you have collected 8 points or more you can use them off your next purchase. They will need to be used within 1 month, after this time they will be gone. They are non transferable. Once logged in it will show 'Welcome; your name, Example: You have 16 Loyalty Points worth £2.08 (need at least 8 points to use them). When at 8 points or more and you are at the checkout stage it will show; Example 'You currently have 8 loyalty points worth £1.04 that you can use on this order' just hit 'redeem button' to use. NOTE! No loyalty points are awarded if taking our 25% off (4for3 offer). These points will be removed from your account. If you have redeemed these points in error we shall claim the amount back from you. We have the right to end our loyalty point scheme at any time. We have the right to remove loyalty points where the incorrect dog waste bags have been left or no effort has been made to pick up after your dog.
11. LAW AND JURISDICTION
11.1 This Agreement will be subject to English Law and any dispute will be held in an English court of law.
11.2 The Buyer’s Statutory Rights are unaffected.
12 SPECIAL PROMOTIONS
12.1 Your order may qualify for a discount based on your order sub total value. The discount you receive maybe; FREE shipping, a FREE gift or a discount off the subtotal value. If any order or any part of an order is returned, and it reduces your sub total to less than the promotion on offer, we have the right to claim back the amount given for that offer. For instance if you purchase 2 of the same products but of different sizes just to claim the offer, and then return one, we have the right to refund you minus the promotion amount.
